Geriatrics Primary Care Physician

AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a skilled primary care physician for our practice in Mays Landing, NJ. We welcome doctors who’ve completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine or an Internal Medicine physician who wants to focus on a smaller panel of geriatric patients. This position offers:
- Flexible schedule, including option for 4-day workweek
- Minimal call

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional, cost-effective patient care aligning with the goals of your specialty and the strategic goals of the organization. You will also:
- Collaborate with physician leadership, administration and staff to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Engage in organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and actively contribute as a member of medical staff committees.
- Remain current with the latest technical knowledge and actively pursue educational and professional opportunities to improve your clinical practice and competency.
- Contribute to the organization's medical staff programs and teaching activities.
- Engage in peer reviews to strengthen our clinical practice, displaying sound judgment and respect for colleagues.
